Your father was a fine man who will be sorely missed. Several times, he graciously showed me and my guests around his farm, giving farmers from other continents a real insight into what life is like for American Dairymen. This whole county will be poorer without him. His children have become worthy of the Giacomazzi name, and I know he was always proud of them. Don will leave a big hole, since he was larger than life. Don was a few years older than Dallas, who insured their dairies when he was a partner in Bacome Ins. Their children attended Kit Carson School with my 3 sons and 1 daughter: Greg, Todd, Jason, & Mariann (who knew Mia from kindergarten to 8th grade). BTW, They are all registered on facebook.com. Don & Jackie were generous in donations of time and money to the school, and apparently other good causes. My condolences to their family.
